I’m giving 4 stars for the customer service not the product. I bought the chairs in the walnut color, but they look nothing like the photos online. They are very orange and I was expecting a medium to dark brown. Additionally, if anything touches the seat it’s going to immediately stain and there is no cleaning them and they smell like chemicals. I went to process the return online but it wanted to charge me $100. I called customer service and asked them to please waive the charge for my return since the product was drastically different from what is advertised and they honored it. I wouldn’t suggest this product but will continue to purchase from wayfair because of my positive experience. The chairs required installation and I had a heck of a time getting the plastic (usually wood) dowels into the holes! This is embarrassing to say, but I literally put them in the freezer for awhile and then used a hammer to get them placed in the dowel hole, otherwise I couldn't get them in. Once I figured that out, it went fairly smoothly and for 2 chairs, it took me ~20 min. The color matches my walnut dining table well. They are comfortable and modern.
