The Viking 8.5 Quart 3-in 1 Roaster is a versatile cooking vessel; use it as a conventional open roaster for poultry, meats or vegetables, add the lid to convert it into a 9 Quart (to rim) covered roaster, Dutch Oven or stockpot. Internal volume markings in quarts and liters allow for easy addition or reduction of ingredients. Use the lid separately as a 4 Quart Au Gratin, casserole, saute or serving vessel. The roaster's oval shape promotes a convection effect to heat food more quickly, while its 3-Ply Stainless Steel construction through out the vessel ensures even heating in the oven and on the cooktop when deglazing or making sauces and gravy. The mirror finish makes it a beautiful serving dish on the table or buffet. Rolled edges ensure easy drip-free pouring. The elevated stainless rack promotes even cooking and can hang from the rim of the roaster for easy draining. Both roaster and lid work on all cooktops including induction. The Ceramic Roasting Pan And Beer Can Chicken Roaster Set features the iconic WAVE patterned ridges and a detachable chicken holder for making beer can chicken. The nonstick glazed ceramic coating is perfect for roasting and baking everything from tasty vegetables to your favorite roast meats. Attach the roasting cylinder to infuse a roast chicken or turkey with your favorite flavored liquids like beer or juice. Cleanup is easy, everything in this set is dishwasher safe. The pan is a generous 19-inches by 10-inches and will easily hold chickens of three to six pounds.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Napoleon sent me this item to test. I was using the chicken roaster in the first image and it was ok but it was not very sturdy on the grill. Also, there was only one beer can size that fitted in. With that holder the fat of the chicken fell on the grill during cooking and you had to watch that the chicken doesn't catch fire. The Napoleon roaster is sturdy because of the roasting pan and you can spin it around easily to cook the chicken evenly. The fat drips in the roasting pan and not on the fire so the chicken can be cooked on direct or indirect heat. It is also very easy to clean. You can fill the central container with wathever liquid you want which is a nice feature. I will always use it in the future and I'll try roasting vegetables at the same time on the pan.. Er25. This roaster allows you to completely cook ribs in under an hour. It has an internal roasting rack that elevate ribs off the bottom of the roaster allowing them to steam in their own juices or other flavored liquids.

Perfect for doing ribs in the oven - they turn out so tender. My complaint is hotter heavy the roaster is and that it’s not easy to remove the lid (no handles) to check temp of meat - especially when it’s so hot!. Kim. Olcott, NY. Thu Feb 06 2025

The iconic cone circulates steam to self-baste your food, coaxing stews, braises, and couscous into deep, tender flavor with almost no added fat. Lead-free, non-stick, and oven-safe to 650°F, it travels from flame to table, where the vibrant Bohemian pattern does the talking. Loved by thousands of home cooks — and unlike mass-produced cookware, every purchase supports artisan families in Tunisia. Medium (3.1 Qt) serves 2–4; Large (5.5 Qt) serves 4–6.
