Is pretty nice once assembled. The control panel is difficult to install you need an electrician to be able to figure it out. It should come already pre-install.. Kiomara. Miami, FL. Tue Nov 17 2020

It took a while to unpack and prep for install, but the initial impression of the unit itself is pretty good. It is a nice looking unit. It appears to be smaller than I expected but I haven't got it all together yet. I am VERY disappointed that the delivery people dropped it in my driveway without any contact or calls, they just left it and I was home. When you pay for a large item to be delivered inside it is frustrating. I had to push it inside my garage and it took two months for them to come back and bring it inside. As for packaging, it almost looks like the unit had been returned. The crating and packing was horrible and I'm surprised that I don't have damage, although I did find some. I was torn on what rating to give on this unit. It is really nice looking but there have been some issues. I may post later and update the rating.. Mitchell. Knoxville, TN. Wed Nov 08 2023

The perfect sauna! Roomy, easy to construct, and very high quality. The Bluetooth feature is fantastic, along with the lighting features. Highly recommend over other brands, good value vs. what the local retailers wanted for similar product!. James. Massapequa, NY. Sat Nov 08 2025

This will be one of the hidden splurges that I will always be grateful we went for. Lets face it ordering a steam generator is the most boring part of any shower renovation. So here are the highlights: This unit is fast , quiet, and has quite a few whistles if you will. Area on steam head for essential oils and a wonderful chromatherapy light, two control panels (inside and outside) and the auto drain. I purchase the in line filter too ( florida has hard water) . In all extremely pleased. Only reason it did not get a 5 star rating. Looking for a black matte finish on the steam heads and controllers, not available and the oil rubbed bronze look on these is just okay. Electrician and plumbers like the unit no complaints , "looks like it will last a long time " . Vivianna. FL. Fri Jun 26 2020
