Overall, I absolutely love this desk! It did arrive with a few minor issues that Wayfair rectified. This is a solid piece of furniture. I would definitely recommend paying for the delivery and setup. The two compartments on the top lift up to open but sadly they do not lock in place to remain open, which could be a little inconvenient but there is a slow close on it so it does not slam closed. **TIP** there is a piece that covers the top so you can possibly sit items up there that is probably some type of mdf board and it probably blends in with the packaging and mine was thrown out, so just be mindful and ask for that piece. That is the only reason for the four stars.. Taji. Nanuet, NY. Fri Jun 19 2026

Look nice when fully assembled. I was able to assemble it by myself but will be faster if you have 2nd hand to help you to assemble it. I wish manufacturer were able to minimized the part to be assembled like if some small pieces were already attach or fixed to its location so it will lessen the time for assembly. It took me 4 hours.
