TL;DR- good sturdy couch but could be better. The leather is soft but a little scratchy (aka scratches easily when compared to a proper real leather couch). The recliner works well but beware that it’s not long enough for my 5’6” wife (her feet hang out), if you’re expecting full coverage. My advice would be to spend a little more and get powered headrests, something with USB chargers as well as something a little larger as this is definitely on the smaller side. The in between pieces that are arm rests and have cup holders are definitely much cheaper in quality when compared to the seats. One of the non-recliner pieces is hanging an inch off the ground on one side because the latch that connects to other seats came a little bent and it’s too late now for me to report to Wayfair (more than 2 weeks after delivery).
