It is not the more ergonomic especially is you are on the more petite side, it’s hard for me to be all the way with my back against the back and to be able to use my feet to rock as I am lifted too high. The chair is great overall. It was super easy to put together, less than 10 minutes. The chair is a little lower to the ground than I was expecting - It's about 20" from the floor to the top of the cushion front. However, it is very comfortable, and I like that it is wider than most chairs. The cushions attach with velcro, so it makes it easy to take off and spot clean if necessary. Overall, a great find..
