This chair is very comfortable and a delight. Assembly really requires prior experience with schematics and understanding basic aspects of hardware. However, as the pics show, the upper/seat section is out of alignment with the lower/base portion; it's pushed to one side. That results in the upper frame knocking against the rear black glide "dog bone" part. I don't understand what would cause this skewing. I kept all fasteners not-tight until everything was assembled. Ive had this rocker for nine months and I LOVE IT!!! I have spent countless hours here with our baby, and it is incredibly comfortable. It has two pockets on either side, which I love for keeping some of his bedtime story books in. The color is a perfect light colorneutral that will go with anything. I was initially worried I might not like having something so light in case of stains. That has not been a problem at all. Stains have come out easily with a little warm water and stain remover. I also love the style and that it isnt an obnoxiously bulkylazy-boy style chair. I picked this rocker for our baby’s nursery because it looked comfortable and functional but also cute.
