Some parts were mislabeled but in the end all of the parts were there. The only downside to the chairs is they are a bit low to the ground and might be hard for some older adults to get out of them. Love the wicker set we ordered - the gray color was perfect, sturdiness of the chairs is very good, the cushions are a little thin, but still comfortable. The chairs were very comfortable and they look very nice on my enclosed patio. Good quality and a nice finish. Assembly took just a little longer than I expected (2 hours). The sections have to aligned at the proper angle for the screws to fit into the holes. It took me a while to figure this out. Also, I recommend that you purchase some additional screws for the ones (4) that attach the rocker portion to the chair. The screw in the packages will strip very easily when you attempt to tighten them to the chair. (Ace hardware sells them loose). I also purchased some felt pads to cover the exposed screws on the bottom of the chair. I am sure that they would scratch my finish floor during the rocking portion of the chair. I have attached a picture showing the exposed screws head to the bottom of the chair. Overall, I am very satisfied despite taking a few extra steps in the assembly of the chairs.. Marvin. I bought this 3-piece Wicker Patio Set for my daughter and her family as a combination house-warming/ Mother's Day/ Father's Day gift. GET THE CHAIRS!!! I’m obsessed, nothing but compliments from everyone. They are so lovely to sit in and the most perfect neutral color. I uploaded all different photos with different lighting so you can see at all times of day because they vary in shade obviously. I would say the vibe is modern but also cozy.
