The base of the first light I ordered was damaged. The concrete under the chrome which is the weight of the base started breaking off and there was a bunch of grey sand in the plastic packaging. Wayfair was on it though. They sent out another and accept for a few small scratches on the base, a slight lean, and some resistance when turning the switch, the lamp looks great! It’s a very well built quality lamp. Great if you need something very narrow and tall. However, it doesn’t produce a lot of light do the fact it’s a single bulb in a fairly very narrow glass bowl.
