The tiles are what I expected. I ordered 18 cases, 12 tiles per case for my home project. $2.29 per tile $27.48 per case. I did read the poor reviews, called customer service to inquire on the cost and and quantity dispute that other customer had experienced. I was assured that the matter was solved with vendor. Today I received 2 case with 11 tiles each. My order was filled for 22 tiles but charged for 18 at $27.48 per tile and not at the cost as posted in ad.. Since placing the order the post was revised it no long had the $2.29 per tile nor does it show the case quantity. After spending over one hour with Wayfair customer service and then talking to a Supervisor at which i received total run around of word play I was issued a refund. So now I do not have the tiles for my installation which had to be cancelled. And a floor project at a total stand still. Frustrated, disappointed with Wayfair not being proactive in adjusting the vendor sale page after the 1st incident. I cant blame customer service at this point they are only executing what they are being told. So my $512.53 tile project would truly cost $5,935.68...... I don't think so! Never again!!!!. Marygrace.
