The table itself is gorgeous and I would give it 5 plus stars. The issues I had was with Wayfair - terrible, rude and no customer service and this experience cause so much anxiety -basically I order in May and the table was delayed and delayed. After missing the event I was planning to use it for in September they would not allow me to cancel. It went to executive resolution who returned my first email and never responded or call back. Several emails and attempts to talk to someone was time consuming and worrisome - note they never called. Was absolutely shocked - I reached out to the actual supplier and found out the table was just sitting in their warehouse - I was able to get the supplier to contact directly wayfair. WOW! This table is absolutely gorgeous. I purchased this table in the Wayfair Open Box section and I could not be more happy about this purchase. I think the box may have been opened but this table never left the box. It is in brand new condition. The table was shipped in two boxes via freight shipping. Once it reaches the delivery warehouse a date was set up to deliver it. Both times it was the next day. The delivery guys were great. The table has to be one of the most beautiful pieces I have purchased yet from Wayfair. I got an incredible deal, but I can see why it is priced the way it is. The finish is a very soft satin that really shows the beauty of the wood. It was built with care and is a quality piece of furniture. This is one piece I think will be staying in the family for a very long time. One thing to be aware of is the legs do make it slightly difficult to place chairs under it. Thankfully, the two chairs that I have were the perfect width and depth to fit perfectly in the middle on one side and it fits well against the banquette seating on the other.
