Lovely Chairs. They feel sturdy and look great. They are a modern take on similar all wood vintage chairs that I am replacing. Two negatives: 1)The chairs at the time I ordered them were advertised as No Assembly - FALSE. I am perfectly capable of assembling items but I find chairs need constant re-tightening. I wanted a screw-less product. 2) One of the four back nuts on just one of the four chairs I ordered misaligned with the provided screw and then twisted out from the back. I’m giving 4 stars for the customer service not the product. I bought the chairs in the walnut color, but they look nothing like the photos online. They are very orange and I was expecting a medium to dark brown. Additionally, if anything touches the seat it’s going to immediately stain and there is no cleaning them and they smell like chemicals. I went to process the return online but it wanted to charge me $100. I called customer service and asked them to please waive the charge for my return since the product was drastically different from what is advertised and they honored it. I wouldn’t suggest this product but will continue to purchase from wayfair because of my positive experience.
