Beloved for its sophisticated simplicity, versatility, and durability, Lastra is our bestselling collection. The understated elegance, clean lines, and unique shape of the Lastra White Rimmed Pasta Bowl make it a timeless piece for your table. Lastra’s design was inspired by the circular wooden slabs used for centuries to create the outer mold in cheesemaking throughout Italy. When fashioned together with twine, the hoop was left with a slight overlap to help maintain the shape of the cheese mold. Maestro molder Stefano Roselli incorporates the overlapping detail into the entire design, from its foot to its rim. A dark dusting on the edges of each piece suggests the ash that was used to preserve these cheeses and highlights each unique silhouette.

Set your table on a lofty note with modern and elegant stoneware. A subtle reactive glaze gives the UNO stoneware Dinnerware Collection its artisanal look and stone smooth feel. With its simple yet graceful shapes and chic matte finish, each piece brings the classic form and modern aesthetic to life. Stoneware is a type of fired ceramic dinnerware, made of clay that is fired at a high temperature until it has the consistency of glass. This results in a very strong material with a stone-like look and quality. One piece may just not be enough, mix and match with our other Uno Stoneware serving pieces for a unified look.
