Well the product itself is okay-ish. It looks decent for fake wood look and the pattern doesn’t repeat in the box of six planks. It fits together perfectly and with ease. There is a slight strip of discoloration along the edges on some planks. The color is a very muted unsaturated brown. One plank was damaged in shipping right in the middle of the also the bigger issue is that the rest of the boxes I ordered to complete the project are back ordered for six months. Honestly the best flooring I’ve used yet. Very easy to cut and work with. I chose to use my saw, no issues with splitting or cutting. It all snapped in together nicely. Many things I love about this flooring: The color gradient is very natural in appearance, and the quality of the laminate itself is thick and durable. The non-damaged planks snapped together and locked in place quite effectively. Installation was reasonably easy after prep by leveling the subfloor, which was not so easy. Installing in a tiny bathroom was challenging only because the cuts needed to be so precise, and there were a LOT of cuts. What I didn't love: The first box of the 2 I bought arrived in essentially unusable condition. The snap tracks were largely broken, cracked, or gouged. Some of the planks arrived with corners completely broken off on both ends, making them entirely unusable. Wayfair did send a replacement at no charge and allowed me to dispose of them rather than box them for shipment back for a return, which I also appreciated. After using the floor for the better part of a year now, I have mixed feelings. The floor is durable, it looks nice; however, the floating floor does expand and contract with temperatures, and I'm not crazy about having to tap the planks back together every season change. . For the price, though, I believe this is a far superior option to many in a similar dollar range. It really does look like a hardwood floor, and I still get compliments when people see it. It's extremely durable, withstanding the rough treatment of 2 teenage boys in their own bathroom... I assure you, they are testing the integrity of the product, and it is passing with flying colors. I would just recommend allowing plenty of time to ensure that your planks can be inspected, additional product can be ordered in case of mishandling in the delivery process, and also to ensure the subfloor is in proper condition for installation.. I've had this flooring in my home for a few years now. Decided to finish out one last room and realized we short. Ordered two more boxes from Wayfair. They came fast and worked great. This floor is forgiving for most things. It can scratch if you move furniture around carelessly but I haven't had too many issues other than dropping something sharp (a vent cover) on it. this is a traditional glue-down LVT floor that is waterproof, kid and pet-friendly, and easy to clean and maintain. Because this is glued to your subfloor, it is perfect when you don't want transition strips from room to room, making it a great option for homes with large spaces or special needs w/ 20mil wearlayer.

Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. Ordered the cream. It seems to have a blue-gray cast to it. I bought 8 boxes, and 3 boxes had chips on top and bottom pieces, mostly on corners. I have not installed, but I did open each box to inspect and played with “locking”. I like the feel of the vinyl tiles and hope that these live up to their warranty. I got a great sale price in the wayfair app…saved about 1.50 sq ft. Finally installed. It was difficult to get these to lock and fakll flat. A lot of tapping. We are in the process of remodeling our home. Today we are installing this product—and so far, it’s been super easy. There are 10 planks in a box and it was packaged incredibly well so as to avoid damage during shipping. The quality of the product is excellent. I love how easy it is to operate the tongue and groove system but there are a few pieces that have been tricky. It’s also a bit hard to match up the “knotholes” in the pattern.
