We have just completed the job and absolutely love this flooring after a very long search, I was made comfortable choosing this one for its texture and color which was the Venice not the one depicted here. The price is descent compared to similar and as well as the exact one in other stores I shopped online and in person. My only advice is be sure of your measurements the return shipping fee is pretty hefty….however theres another option offered such as 20 of the remaining boxes you may be allowed to keep….at least it is what I was offered.. Honestly the best flooring I’ve used yet. Very easy to cut and work with. I chose to use my saw, no issues with splitting or cutting. It all snapped in together nicely. Well the product itself is okay-ish. It looks decent for fake wood look and the pattern doesn’t repeat in the box of six planks. It fits together perfectly and with ease. There is a slight strip of discoloration along the edges on some planks. The color is a very muted unsaturated brown. One plank was damaged in shipping right in the middle of the also the bigger issue is that the rest of the boxes I ordered to complete the project are back ordered for six months. Many things I love about this flooring: The color gradient is very natural in appearance, and the quality of the laminate itself is thick and durable. The non-damaged planks snapped together and locked in place quite effectively. Installation was reasonably easy after prep by leveling the subfloor, which was not so easy. Installing in a tiny bathroom was challenging only because the cuts needed to be so precise, and there were a LOT of cuts. What I didn't love: The first box of the 2 I bought arrived in essentially unusable condition. The snap tracks were largely broken, cracked, or gouged. Some of the planks arrived with corners completely broken off on both ends, making them entirely unusable. Wayfair did send a replacement at no charge and allowed me to dispose of them rather than box them for shipment back for a return, which I also appreciated. After using the floor for the better part of a year now, I have mixed feelings. The floor is durable, it looks nice; however, the floating floor does expand and contract with temperatures, and I'm not crazy about having to tap the planks back together every season change. . For the price, though, I believe this is a far superior option to many in a similar dollar range. It really does look like a hardwood floor, and I still get compliments when people see it. After H**e D***t sent me an empty parcel that was supposed to have my threshold and couldn't send me a replacement in time for install, this was the next best thing. The color doesn't match exactly with my vinyl flooring, but it's close enough under the circumstances. Much better than what was there before.
