Riedel Crystal Wine Glasses

The Riesling glass is perfect for balancing fruit-forward white wines' high acidity and residual sugar. This glass shape has been redeveloped as part of this collection. Its diamond shape works beautifully for big and bold New World wines as the extreme angles offer more space to develop aromas. It helps to balance the fresh characteristics and high mineral components, emphasizing the wonderful fruit aromas. The Extreme glasses are named after their extreme contours. The bowls mimic polished diamonds and their wide angles allow plenty of room for the wine to breathe. They are specifically designed to enhance and emphasize the pleasant softness and generally fruity notes of the new world wines.

High quality wine glasses made by Riedel which is one of the brands known for their high-end, luxury, handmade glasses and decanters. These glasses are part of their Extreme Collection. They are machine-made, dishwasher-safe, and durable. I don't have worry about them being too precious for daily use and yet they are elegant and feel good in the hand. I can find "cheaper" glasses, but these are big bang for your buck if you want to get a quality glass and not break the bank. These Riesling glasses are the perfect size for white wine and I plan to purchase more and get some of the different kinds of red wine glasses from this collection. Highly recommend.. Lia. The New World Pinot Noir glass is perfect to support the balance of fragility and fresh compact fruit in light-bodied wines from the New World. Created during several workshops with producers from Oregon, US, the tulip shape and slightly flared lip highlight the irresistible sweetness, whilst perfectly balancing the acidity and deemphasizing the alcohol, to create a perfect picture of the wine. This glass is also well suited for showing the aromatics of rosé Champagne wines.

These are stunning and a must have for wine enthusiast or anyone who is looking to level up their decadence. I actually mistakenly bought these thinking they were the larger size, but they are quite lovely and more practical.. Kristina. CT. Tue Oct 13 2026

The classic machine-made Port glass of the established glass collection RIEDEL Bar is the essential glassware for every home bar. The glass combines all the positive characteristics established by research, emphasizing harmony and concentration of fruit. Every RIEDEL Bar glass is finely tuned to increase the enjoyment of spirits by showing the unique character of beverage; highlighting the tempting fruitness and de-emphasizing the evidence of alcohol on the nose and palate.

Beautiful and just what we needed.. Jane. San Francisco, CA. Sat Jun 13 2026

The machine-made decanter distinguishes by its elegant and complex design. The whole-heartedly believes all wines - young and old, red, white, or sparkling - can be enhanced by decanting. Decanting old wines, just a few moments before they are served helps to ensure that the clarity and brilliance of the wine are not obscured by any deposit that may have developed over time. Decanting young wines several hours before they are served gives the wine a chance to bloom and attain a stage of development that normally requires years of aging.

I would like to experience more red wine, and a decanter is a perfect way to share the experience with friends. This decanter is absolutely gorgeous, everything you come to expect from Riedel in design and quality. It is both solid yet delicate, and the glass is beautifully clear with no imperfections. Shipping materials were great to ensure a large glass item like this arrives without issue.. Kimberly. Fredericksburg, VA. Wed May 24 2023

The machine-made riesling glass of the technologically advanced glass collection performance is the new ultimate loudspeaker for fine wine. The shape of the glass best supports the characteristic bouquet of floral white wines – aroma and taste are dominated by fermented grape juice and the flavor of yeast.

The Cabernet glass is perfect for full-bodied, complex red wines that are high in tannin. The generous size of this glass allows the bouquet to develop fully, and smooths out the rough edges. It emphasizes the fruit, playing down the bitter qualities of the tannin, and allows wines to achieve balance. This shape was re-developed in 2018 for better aromatics. The optic impact in the RIEDEL Performance series adds both a design feature and an astounding effect on wine's aromatics. This product is made of clear crystal glass. RIEDEL Performance is the first wine glass series ever to feature bowls with a light optic impact for better aromatics. Co-designed by both Georg and Maximilian Riedel, RIEDEL Performance is a technologically advanced and user-friendly collection of grape varietal specific glasses.

Super nice wine glasses. Only downside is they are extremely fragile. I broke one the second time I hand washed the set. The stem broke as I was twisting the glass. Great glasses, just be careful. John. Redondo Beach, CA. Sat Jun 13 2026

The champagne wine glass has a diamond shape that allows a wide range of aromatics to unfold, as the extreme angles offer more space to develop aromas. Unlike a flute, this wider bowl allows the champagne’s complex layers to grow and intensify, and the larger rim diameter enables them to be released in a way that is not achieved with a narrow glass. The glass also includes a 'sparkling point' to aid the formation of the champagne bubbles. Riedel veloce is an impressive development based on state-of-the-art technology from Riedel’s factory.
