Revol Porcelain Ramekin

The Linen Cream Set of 2 Round Mini Baker pair is built for slow Scandinavian breakfasts and intimate brunches. Each lidded baker measures 6.5 by 5 by 3.75 inches with a 16oz capacity, finished in soft natural linen stoneware with side handles and a knob finial atop each fitted lid. The compact round footprint sits comfortably on a breakfast tray, the bedside table during a slow weekend, or alongside a coffee service on the kitchen counter. The round shape is the dedicated breakfast-in-bed vessel — overnight oats with jam and almonds, baked apple, individual Dutch baby pancakes, baked French toast, rice pudding with cinnamon, and steel-cut oatmeal with stewed fruit all fit perfectly. Beyond breakfast, the round profile handles hot dips beautifully: spinach and artichoke, baked Brie, queso fundido, warm goat cheese with herbs. Crafted from durable stoneware, dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe across cold prep through broiled finishing.

This Round Smooth Ramekin is made out of 100-Percent melamine, non-toxic, dishwasher safe and National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) approved. A must have for restaurant, cafeteria, healthcare, cruise lines, educational and correctional institutions, buffet, casino, any household, home with little children, senior citizen home, church, commercial or food service dining table.

Cooking and serving hot dishes with stoneware is tasty, healthy, and unusual. Temperature range – The stoneware is only suitable for use in the oven. Withstands temperature from -68 °F to 842 °F (-20 °C to +450 °C). Food does not burn in it, as the stoneware has a thick layer. Thermoregulation – The stoneware has a unique ability to absorb and release moisture and, at the same time, to self-regulate the level of humidity and temperature. The products, cooked in stoneware, are especially tasty and healthy due to the correct temperature regime. CARE: Avoid significant temperature changes. We recommend placing the product in a cold or warm oven (not hot). With a sharp temperature drop, the dishes can crack. Soak in cold water for 10-15 minutes before each use. Before use, we recommend that you wash the product. Hand wash with warm water, add some baking soda or use a regular sponge with soap. Leave to air dry; do not wipe. Dry the dishes without a lid. Store the stoneware in a dry place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a 30" Viking for 15 years. Had to repair it about 6 years ago. It cost about $900 to repair at that time. Same issue started to occur again. She the Thor and thought we would try it. Have had it for about a month and a half. Quality seems better than Viking and it looks so much nicer. We love it. Cheers Thor Kitchens!. Danno.
