Packaging arrived in a musty mixture of hard foam and scrap paper that smells like it’s been sitting somewhere damp for a while. Lamp shade arrived with multiple scuffs and fingerprint marks that couldn’t be removed after cleaning. Ink permeated on the lamp from a sticker. Missing a screw.
