This pain is as close as it gets to perfection! It heats evenly, is scratch-resistant (no plastic or silicone tools required) and is as close to non-stick as any other pan I've tried and I've tried several! It's so much less finicky than my stainless steel or carbon steel pans. Worth every single penny and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. The size is perfect for things like browning taco meat or large batches of sauce. The high sides mean that my stove top stays clean because nothing is splashing over the edges. They seem to be very good quality heavy duty pretty sturdy, not lightweight, but not too heavy not like cast-iron but there Hefty and thats what I need. There is no safer and better way to cook than a set of pans like these. You never have to worry about getting cancer with these. I have bought the most expensive, highly rated no stick pans and after a few years use, they ALL started to peal and scratch, even using the proper tools. These pans I treat like my cast iron pans of over 30 yrs. old. The first time I used them, I cleaned like my cast iron. It took about 8 uses but after that, the eggs slip right out. I never use soap on them, just a stainless steel scrubber with some salt and oil and than put a light coat of oil on them before I put away. If there is burnt on food, I put some water in them and let them sit while I eat and all I need to get the cooked on food off, is my stainless steel scrubber and they clean just as well as any non stick. What a work of art I thought I was crazy for spending so much money on 1 single pot after opening it I have zero regrets.I did some research before buying and was scared I would get a Chinese copy but as you can see from the photo it has made in Brazil right on the bottom to me that’s a big win.When I took it out of the box I thought forsure it had something in it because it’s extremely heavy for it size and the fit and finish is top notch very pleased with my purchase hopefully this will last me a lifetime much better than replacing 15-20$ pot every few years after the toxic coatings come off in my food..
