I couldn’t figure out how to install them but I checked the instructions and managed to mount them on the cabinet. It’s an adjustable extendable unit that fits inside the cabinet it turned out to be incredibly handy. This thing is so good! I’m in a wheelchair and it makes it possible for me to fully utilize all of the storage space in my upper cabinets. This is great for me, but it would also be really good for a short person. It’s much more streamlined to put these in your cabinets instead of keeping a stepstool handy. I could not recommend them any more highly A note about this specific item compared to similar other ones that are available. The front and sides of these have shelves made from thin strips of metal. If you look at my photo, you can see a blue strap hanging down from one of the pull downs. I’m able to do this because these units do not have solid shelf and shelf fronts. I find it very helpful..
