I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. Bought the washer with the pedestal washer and dryer to replace our older set that was too bulky. This set is sleeker and has the same heavy duty power as the first set we purchased. Love how you can add wash cycles from the app to your machine and the wash times, I feel are more economical. The controls take some getting used to but a few weeks and we've gotten the hang of it..
