I ordered the red folding ladder. I really like it. I love the fact that when I stand on the top step, I have something to brace my legs against. I think this is an important safety feature. The chair fits my kitchen counter. I like the back on it and that it swivels. It was easy to put together right out of the box. Packing and delivery was great, pieces look well made, but the 12 +2 JCBCW Screws are too large for ALL of the holes, and it cannot be assembled. Very nice all wood (cedar maybe?) stool that looks nice enough for the living room. We just needed a small stool in a couple of spots to have a way to reach up and pull the shades down, so this design fit the need perfectly. There was only one small problem, the top of one of the two units had a noticeable large gouge in the top. Had this step ladder for almost a year now and I really do love it. It stores easily and it’s high enough to reach really tall cabinets and upper closet shelves. I find it sturdy and haven’t had any issues with it buckling and I find myself using it relatively often.. Giovanna. NY. Sun Jun 28 2026
