Great buying experience !!! I couldn’t be more pleased. I bought two of these in the light gray for my living room. They shipped via FEDEX and they actually arrived a day earlier than was initially indicated. They are very well package. ( two boxes for each chair, so I got four boxes total They ship the two arms in one box, and they put the base, back, and back cushion in the Assembly was very straightforward. Took me about an hour to complete both chairs ( about 30 minutes each ). The seat is a very good firmness-though I suspect it will get softer as it gets more broken-in. But honestly i like a good firmness seat cushion like this. The light gray color is pretty true to the ad photos, and the fabric itself has a good feel to it. It’s a smooth easy comforting feel. Very nice chairs. They are very firm, which I normally do not like, but are so ergomically correct that they are actually quite comfortable. Very solid and sturdy, and the only thing that kept me from giving five stars is that the holes for the recessed bolts did not come with plugs or dowels, leaving a very unfinished look.
