I am a 74 year old woman who is almost totally blind in one eye and I have significant tremors in both hands. THAT is how easy it is to assemble this piece with the provided scrws and alan wrench! Just attach the legs- period! The screw holes are threaded metal and perfectly located. The extension is automatically brought up when you pull on the end of the table. It is very smooth operating! These chairs are very attractive and well made. The seat cushions are thick enough to be very comfortable. I was able to assemble everything myself in about an hour, and I am not handy. The one thing that I wish I considered before I chose the color was that the seat cushion Boucle material is not removable and I am afraid one ketchup stain and it’s over.
