This is a great addition to the shower. The rainfall effect makes it nice. The ability to cha ge it to hand held makes it easy to rinse hair or even wash the soap down the drain. A bit challenging to install, and it required a brace in the wall to hold it by either drilling anchors or a brace attached via included super glue (that is supposed to cure for 24 hours). The dial in the middle allows you to choose between the top shower head, loofah or handheld shower head...nothing can be run concurrently.
