This is the second House of Hampton ceiling fan I have gotten. The first one was of such quality and easy to assemble and handle, I needed to replace my bedroom ceiling fan. I'm really enjoying this so far. I've got it working with SmartThings which means it's working (okay) with Google Home. All five of my RF fans work with this device. I would say signal is sent to those devices correctly 95% of the time. I have found that if I accidentally misclick, it is better if I count to 10 before making the correct choice. Is it perfect? No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. Love this but the only thing about it is that when selecting the light color you want, it doesn't automatically go back to that color after you turn it off so you have to press the button a few times to get back to it when you turn it on. It looks like the photos and everything works great. It is a little more work on the install due to setting up the remote and receiver. It did install well even with the slanted ceiling.
