First problem was that a couple of the pieces were broken upon arrival. However, customer service was super responsive and shipped us new parts within a week. Next, the instructions are very confusing, especially if you wish to assemble this table with the long side facing left. However, after all is said and done, the table looks great and the quality is superb once all of the pieces are put together correctly.
Setup was done by 2 people at most times, as mentioned, there were points of confusion. When the pieces were found to be broken, we couldnt resume until the pieces were shipped to us, which had been quick.
After having this nook for a month, it works really well - we use it everyday for breakfast, and dinner. The cushions are comfy enough for eating, and the bench is a nice addition for when there is not enough room on the main bench. You can fit about 4-5 people with this nook, depending on how big people are. One thing that I wish was a bit better was the sturdiness of the table, as it can move if you push it a tiny bit.
