The only downside so far is that the original chairs' cushions are lighter now than the last pair of chairs we bought. I'm not sure if it is the same fabric or if they have faded in the sunlight. These are super comfortable and all around great outdoor chairs! The only downside was the assembly, some of the holes didn't match up well and it took much longer than expected to assemble them. The chair is great for the smaller of our 2 bedrooms. The assembly is straightforward and goes together with only 8 screws. It did take some strength to get the last 2 screws to fit into their holes.
