I really love the products very comfy and pleasurable to lounge on. However. I do have a Major Complaint regarding FEDEX DELIVERY SERVICES that you chose for my package to be delivered by. I Requested that my 72 lb package be delivered to my FRONT DOOR, due to unfortunately I have a Broken/Fractured wrist, instead FEDEX DRIVER delivered my package to the mail room in the FRONT of my building while I live on the opposite side of the build. So I called them several times to have a driver come back out to move it to my door, they told me several lies that they would send someone out. However, they never did, so I even gave them a visit to inform that no one had come out,, and they told me that all their Drivers are CONTRACTORS and the Contracting company does not hold the Drivers accountable for not following direction, there's nothing FEDEX will do about it. I feel so let down it took several days to get someone to move that 72lb box to my FRONT DOOR. So Please use Reliable Delivery Companies. You don't know the challenges your customers may have. Assembly of this bench requires absolutely no tools as it completely snaps together. We did use a soft mallet to tap the pieces in place. It takes two people to hold pieces in place while you’re snapping them. Don’t try to assemble this by yourself. I’m not sure how waterproof it is because I am keeping it under a covered patio. The directions were awful. The parts are labeled, but the lettering was black on black so it took us over 10 minutes just to locate the black lettering on black. The shed is a good, compact size and was purchased specifically to comply with the HOA’s strict height limitations. It just makes the maximum height allowed. Assembly was a snap (literally) until you reach snapping E into B. Not sure if my unit had a bent piece, but I had to end up using a hammer a mallet and pull panel B back to snap E into B.
