They also paid all of the shipping costs to return the original chair. This office chair is smooth and sturdy. I got it for my husband’s home office and he did say he didn’t like how “faux” the leather appears. I like the color and texture of the fabric. I also like that the arms are padded- it’s a nice additional touch. The assembly was quick and simple. I feel like the back of the chair is a little stiff and doesn’t have too much padding but it’s comfortable enough. It also has a slight rock-back ability that I like and think the chair will get even more comfortable over time.
