We needed "a" fixture and that's what this is. Not stellar, not breathtaking, but a solid, working, functional fixture. Easy to install, economical, and efficient. The only real downside (and it's a big one for us) is that the bulb can be seen through the frosted glass. It provides good light for our second bathroom and is a fine temporary fixture until we find something we love.
