This was perfect! We've got an old but high-quality, solid wood sleeper sofa. It can't take a very thick mattress, so the cushions have always felt a little low, and you can feel the metal bar of the bed frame. Ordered this pad, trimmed it to length and inserted it under the sofa cushions. The pad tucks in and is invisible, and the sofa is at least twice as comfortable as before. It's now appropriate for napping without opening it up. :). Kathleen. Brooklyn, NY. Mon Oct 12 2026

This is a wonderful couch replacement cushion. It comes with a zipper cover in grey as well. It is well constructed and comfortably firm. However, it did not fit my couch. Before I could think about returning it, my dog claimed it as her own. It is probably the fanciest dog bed she has ever had. Although I am sorry it did not fit my sofa, I am happy it is making my dog happy. She loves it. If it will fit your couch or chair, I highly recommend it. It is a quality cushion.. Marykay. The support head rests worked exactly as I wanted them to. The backing of the couch I got from Wayfair does not support the cushions so, when I would sit down, my head would just fly back into the wall behind me. These headrests provide the perfect buffer to keep the cushions up straight and make the couch comfortable.. Rebecca. Louisville, KY. Thu Mar 19 2026

I love the final look of this couch! The seat cushions are very supportive, the perfect mix of firm and soft. All of the pictured covers are removable and machine washable, except the bottom half of the back rest that is zipped. It’s a part of a piece that must be spot cleaned. Only complaint - didn’t realize the seat cushions for the back rest were packaged in the armrest. One person can assemble this in roughly 2 hours.. Anonymous. Fri Oct 09 2026

Stacy, I bought the cushion supports for the new Freda couch and loveseat we just purchased from you. They didn’t help much. I know you offered to take them back and gave me some money but I thought there was something I could do because the couch and loveseat were exactly what I wanted. What I’m asking is please don’t sell them to anyone else. There is something wrong with the fabric. I’ll probably return the couch supports. If you have any other ideas please let me know.
