Lékué Reusable Flexible Stretch Lids, Set of 6 - a smart alternative to plastic wrap for preserving food!

They work well, with a good stretch and keep a tight seal. Glad there are so many sizes. Each size has a range of sizes it will stretch to. I’ve liked another brand I bought but they didn’t have the nice range of sizes these do. I especially like the 10-12” one. Not easy to find silicone covers that large. I have used this twice a week for about 7 months now. The Rissoto function works very well for Risotto and any sauté then cook recipe. I already have an Instant Pot multi cooker and did not need a more sophisticated rice cooker. This one provides great value for performance. I was pleased with how much better the fuzzy logic rice cookers cook rice than my old one button rice cooker I used for many years. I am shocked and delighted!! I had no idea what to expect, but I made dinner in my Lekue Steam Cooker. I sliced a potatoe, added olive oil and seasoning and a splash of water. Then I precooked it for 4 minutes. Then I placed a 4 oz frozen salmon fillet on top of the potatoes. Seasoned it and put it back in the microwave for 4 minutes. I checked it at 2.5 minutes and it was already done. Salmon was cooked perfectly...moist, full of flavor and literally falling apart. The potatoes were beautifully cooked as well.
