I had wanted to replace my old roasting pan for a while and when I saw Anolon had theirs on sale, I jumped on it. I got this nesco roasted form Wayfair. I use it on Thanksgiving day and it works great my turkey came out so good and moist. it can roaste a turkey 18 pounds and other meats also.
