I put this at a 4 not for quality but for installation. It is difficult to install. Drilling in concrete requires a hammer drill. Just the thing I needed to keep my dogs in and critters out as my neighbor's back fence has a large gap under it. The panels stay in place very nicely, and we have had a lot of high winds since installed and there haven't been any issues. Installation was very easy, instructions are accurate. The wood is high quality but I suggest wearing gloves as the stain is very pungent when first opening the box. I had to dig a hole for the posts first as our ground is full of rocks. The metal posts are fragile and will bend and twist if your ground is not soft and has no rocks. Once installed, it is very stable and feels firmly in place. The strong smell went away after a couple hours outside. I’m purchasing a second one to extend it! Love this privacy fence!!. Tissa.
