Overall, very satisfied with the finished product. Took two people to put it together in about two days. I strongly recommend that you read the instructions a few times and watch the installation video to be sure you don't make any mistakes. We installed the end caps on the louvers incorrectly and had to take them apart and reassemble them correctly. I would have given this product 5 stars, but one of the 32 louvers was damaged. Pretty nice and sturdy. It comes in 7 boxes + box with screens and curtains if that’s the model purchased. I wish the assembly instructions were in box one and that the instructions told you where the hardware was, The instructions and hardware are in box 5. Make sure all parts are not damaged before starting assembly especially the key structure parts. Some of my louvers were dented but the didn’t effect my assembly. They were replaced, but it took a week to get the replacements. Wayfair and manufacturer were responsive and easy to deal with but it took time to get the replacement parts. We recently purchased the 10’ x 20’ Mirador pergola from Wayfair, and it has been such a great addition to our backyard. We had been considering this setup for a couple of years, and after a windstorm took out our old canopy, it felt like the right time—and we’re so glad we made the move. The adjustable louvers are a standout feature. We can control the amount of sunlight easily, and it’s even functional in the rain since the water channels off to the sides. It makes our patio space much more usable in all kinds of weather. The modern design looks fantastic and fits our space perfectly. We went with the steel version for the price point, and it feels sturdy and well-built. With a few extra hands, assembly was very manageable. The item was initially backordered and I was worried I would not receive it at all because when I ordered it the price was so low. However, it finally ship. When it arrived one of the boxes was damaged and one of the posts in that box had a dent in it. Another box had a hole in it and some of the screws needed must have fell out. I reached out to the vendor through Wayfair. At first, they wanted to give me a credit which would do me no good. It looks like it will be a couple of weeks to receive the parts. Will update the review if I can once I have it all put together. It is finally finished and looks great. It took awhile to get the damaged/missing parts but the vendor did come through. It is nice to be able to use the controls to open and close the roof. It would be nice to be able to do the same for the side screens. Sadly, you can only use the controls to open and close them..
