UPDATE (12026) after 5 12 yrs. it just stopped working. Worse is there is zero help offered. The instructions that came with the frame for a different bed frame completely. I’ve been working on this for a month now, and my bed is still not working. I’ve been researching a new bed for over a year. I ordered this frame on May 1 and it arrived May 15! I spend a lot of time in my room and needed to replace my mattress anyway so an adjustable frame sounded perfect. Although the box was heavy unboxing and assembly couldn’t have been easier. We purchased the E3100 adjustable bed mattresses with the hope it would fit inside the bedroom set we chose. It fit perfectly. (Minus the mattress support slats).
