I ordered this product, It arrived in a yellow paper envelope! That was kind of strange. I opened it and the HD Projector and remote was not in there..... Seeing that the package arrived in an envelope, I wasn't that surprised. I called customer service and explained everything. They specifically noted that I still needed the remote and HD projector. About a week or so later, I received a new package from Wayfair. Again, just a yellow envelope. So to recap, I spent over $300 for a Christmas decoration.
