The chairs themselves are really nice. They have a unique, chic look. The green is more olive in real life, and it looks beautiful. The fabric is soft but seems durable, and the seat and backrest are comfy and plush. However, the assembly was wildly frustrating, to the point where I have to take off a star. The metal bracingfoot rests don’t line up well with the holes on the chair legs, and it took me 90 minutes to force the screws in. Love the chairs. Sales reps are great. The problem with the order was the logistics. We ordered 16 sets of these chairs, and the order was cancelled, re-entered, delayed, half the order sent, half the order delayed. It has been extremely messy. The Wayfair reps have been amazing, and I pity them having to iron out all of these disasters with both me and my client.
