This Bachman extendable dining table is just what we needed! It's expensive but the quality is very good. It is a solid wood indeed and it fits perfectly in our space. We needed something that will work for our not so big dining area for everyday use but can be extended to use when there's a big gathering. We got a different set of dining chairs coz we needed more back support and this table and its bench matched perfectly with the different chairs we got. This purchase was big enough that full service assembly was free from the Wayfair guys so that was really helpful. It's quite heavy too. My husband and I absolutely love the look and how versatile the design is. If you want to achieve a modern, timeless or even farmhouse vibe in your house, this will fit your needs! 10/10 recommend. . This dining table has a traditional look and an heirloom-inspired quality that's made to outlast changing trends. The trestle-style base has highly detailed legs for a nod to old-school craftsmanship. With enough space to seat eight, this table is great for larger families or those who love to entertain.

I loved this table when we got it. There was a very large flaw about the size of a dollar bill that I decided to live with. Then the first time we used it my glass sweat on the surface and it left a mark. I thought it would dry, the mark remained. Every drip leaves a permanent mark. When I tried to wipe the whole area, I took the gray was off. That was unacceptable to me so I lightly sanded the surface, filled the hole, gray washeded the surface and then put a finish coat on the whole thing. Now I love it and it looks better with our buffet. That said with all the work I put into, it’s pretty costly.. Kim. Azle, TX. Thu Jun 18 2026

Package was shipped well and arrived without damage. The product appears to be well-made feels well constructed, and appears to be solid wood. You can tell where certain sections are joined and there’s inconsistencies in the stain. I would’ve given this product five stars, however the top of the table is not flat where the leaf insert joins. It’s a small lip where one side of the leaf joins and the finishes additionally, worn and discolored some. I feel certain this will be covered by items on the table, but this lack of attention to is not good.. Abs. Callahan, FL. Sat Apr 18 2026
