Red Woven Rug

This flatweave area rug features an understated striped pattern that brings a relaxed, breezy feel to your home. It's crafted with a blend of wool, cotton, and jute, providing a mix of natural fibers for a varied and inviting texture. The low profile makes it a practical choice for high-traffic spots or areas where door clearance is needed. Its handwoven construction offers a unique, artisanal look that grounds your furniture while maintaining a clean, balanced profile. Plus, the reversible design allows you to flip the piece for even wear. We recommend pairing this piece with a rug pad to prevent slipping.

Minus 1 star because its a few inches smaller than 8x10. Feels thick under foot. Low points are 14 high, high wool balls are 1. You dont feel the lows though because of how tightly woven the rug is. Comfortable enough for sitting but I plan on getting a rug pad to make it thickersofter. Its very heavy, so it doesnt slide around much on its own unless you have pets running into it. Colors go from a deep red to a light pink with dusty rose colored jutetwine woven between them. Not soft to the touch, More rough just imagine youre petting rows of felted wool and twine and thats exactly what this feels like. This rug will be hard to clean because of the materials its made up of.. Amanda. Auburn, WA. Sat Sep 12 2026

I purchased this rug two years ago and have been really happy with how versatile, durable and easy it is to incorporate into the space. The striped design gives it visual interest without feeling too busy, and the handwoven texture adds a nice relaxed, natural feel to the room. It works especially well if you like a casual, coastal, farmhouse, or layered neutral style. One thing I really appreciate is how lightweight and flexible the rug is. It was easy to unroll and position, and it instantly made the space feel warmer and more finished. The cotton material also gives it a softer, more comfortable feel underfoot compared to some synthetic rugs. So far it’s been easy to maintain and shake out when needed. It’s one of those pieces that quietly ties the room together without overpowering everything else. Overall, this is a great rug if you’re looking for something simple, comfortable, and easy to style. It adds texture and warmth while still keeping the room feeling light and relaxed.. Christina. Oceanside, CA. Sat May 23 2026

Love the colors, good quality. Took a while to lay flat, but I put some weight on the edges for a day or two, and now its laying a lot better. It needs a non-skid pad underneath. Wish it was machine washable, but for the price, Im happy.. Donna. Palacios, TX. Sat Sep 26 2026

Handcrafted in India from natural fibers, this eye-catching power-loomed rug adds sophisticated style to any corner of your well-appointed home. Its palette pairs perfectly with warm wood floors for a contrasting look, while its understated silhouette blends effortlessly into any casual or formal aesthetic. Lean into this piece's versatility by adding it to a nautical entryway ensemble comprised of a clean-lined console table topped with mermaid figurines and metal candle lanterns. Adorn nearby walls with weathered oar decor and vintaged map canvas prints for an antiqued take on the seafaring style, then match it with a shimmering sunburst mirror for contrasting flair. Equally at home defining space in the den or anchoring high-traffic areas in the living room, this handsome rug is a must-have addition to your space.

LOVE this rug! I ordered it in “BROWN” (aka “NaturalGray”) and it’s perfect! My floors are brown with grey tones. The quality is impressive! The thickness, the durability, the size, the detail in the weave… I ordered a thin 13” rug pad to go underneath, but only to protect my floors. The rug is thick enough and soft enough to not need a pad under it. I haven’t walked on it barefoot, but with socks, it feels nice (not scratchy and pokey). I have no constructive criticism. Buy the rug. Just do it. You’ll be happy.. Jess. Fri Sep 18 2026

I have purchased four of these since 2018. The last one, ordered in 2024 (unlike the previous 3, which were fine) does not lie flat, due to the sewn-on back being a tad too small for the top. -- Colors a bit darker, more maroon, less orange, than appears with description. Thin, low pile, not warm or soft of the feet, feels more like wool than cotton.. Susan. Athol, MA. Sun Sep 08 2024
