Rectangular Roaster With Lid

The Viking 8.5 Quart 3-in 1 Roaster is a versatile cooking vessel; use it as a conventional open roaster for poultry, meats or vegetables, add the lid to convert it into a 9 Quart (to rim) covered roaster, Dutch Oven or stockpot. Internal volume markings in quarts and liters allow for easy addition or reduction of ingredients. Use the lid separately as a 4 Quart Au Gratin, casserole, saute or serving vessel. The roaster's oval shape promotes a convection effect to heat food more quickly, while its 3-Ply Stainless Steel construction through out the vessel ensures even heating in the oven and on the cooktop when deglazing or making sauces and gravy. The mirror finish makes it a beautiful serving dish on the table or buffet. Rolled edges ensure easy drip-free pouring. The elevated stainless rack promotes even cooking and can hang from the rim of the roaster for easy draining. Both roaster and lid work on all cooktops including induction. Stovetop, Oven, Grill & Broiler safe to 600°F/315°C, dishwasher safe, lifetime limited warranty. Viking products began with a passion for cooking. The Rectangular Dome/ Chafer Lid is perfect for covering standard rectangular chafer. It will help keep food warm. Bright polished body with durable plastic handle.

This review is mixed. I ordered 4 of these covers. 3 of those I am satisfied with which is why I gave it a 4 star. However, 1 of the covers arrived damaged. The lid is super bent and damaged so much that the screw wasn't even in and can't be put back in because it won't line up to the hole. Shipping box was fine and they wrap it pretty good so leads me to believe it was packaged damaged.. Laura. Indianapolis, IN. Sun Dec 07 2025

The detachable design allows for flexible combinations, easily creating a double feast of hot pot and barbecue, perfect for any gathering. 2. High-quality cast iron material: even heat distribution and heat retention. The cast iron pot body heats evenly and has excellent heat retention, allowing for long-term boiling without wasting fuel. The grill pan creates a beautiful caramelized layer when grilling, locking in the juices for a crispy exterior and tender interior. It gets better with use. 3. Detachable design: easy cleaning and storage. The frying pan and saucepan can be separated for convenient use, either individually or together. No rivets or hard-to-reach corners for easy cleaning; when not in use, they can be disassembled for storage, saving kitchen space. 4. Compatible with all stovetops: suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Compatible with gas stoves, induction cookers, ceramic cooktops, halogen stoves, and even ovens. Whether for a home gathering or an outdoor picnic, you can enjoy a meal anytime. 5. Cast iron with no coating, healthy, durable, and scratch-resistant. The Ceramic Roasting Pan And Beer Can Chicken Roaster Set features the iconic WAVE patterned ridges and a detachable chicken holder for making beer can chicken. The nonstick glazed ceramic coating is perfect for roasting and baking everything from tasty vegetables to your favorite roast meats. Attach the roasting cylinder to infuse a roast chicken or turkey with your favorite flavored liquids like beer or juice. Cleanup is easy, everything in this set is dishwasher safe. The pan is a generous 19-inches by 10-inches and will easily hold chickens of three to six pounds.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Napoleon sent me this item to test. I was using the chicken roaster in the first image and it was ok but it was not very sturdy on the grill. Also, there was only one beer can size that fitted in. With that holder the fat of the chicken fell on the grill during cooking and you had to watch that the chicken doesn't catch fire. The Napoleon roaster is sturdy because of the roasting pan and you can spin it around easily to cook the chicken evenly. The fat drips in the roasting pan and not on the fire so the chicken can be cooked on direct or indirect heat. It is also very easy to clean. You can fill the central container with wathever liquid you want which is a nice feature. I will always use it in the future and I'll try roasting vegetables at the same time on the pan.. Er25. Roast and serve with confidence using the Gibson Home Johnstown 18 Inch Oval Stainless Steel Roaster Pan with Lid. Made from durable stainless steel, this oval roaster has a sleek silver mirror polish finish. The riveted handles provide a secure grip, and the domed lid helps lock in heat and moisture. This roaster is oven safe up to 500F and works on gas, halogen, electric, and vitroceramic cooktops. Hand wash only care helps preserve the polished finish and long lasting performance. It is a great choice for holiday meals, family dinners, and special occasions.

This pan is not as described. It is advertised as stainless steel, but it is clearly not made of stainless steel. I used it only once to roast meat, then washed and dried it properly. Despite this, both the lid and the bottom of the pan have already rusted after just one use. This is unacceptable for a product that is supposed to be stainless steel. I would like a full refund or a replacement with a product that is actually made of stainless steel.. Anonymous. Wed Sep 02 2026
