This chair is very comfortable and a delight. Assembly really requires prior experience with schematics and understanding basic aspects of hardware. However, as the pics show, the upper/seat section is out of alignment with the lower/base portion; it's pushed to one side. That results in the upper frame knocking against the rear black glide "dog bone" part. I don't understand what would cause this skewing. I kept all fasteners not-tight until everything was assembled. I’m very happy with this gray patio table. Assembly was surprisingly easy, even though some of the parts were mislabeled. It’s lightweight enough to move around but still feels sturdy and well made. Very nice chair! Comfortable to sit on and perfect to glide away on the front porch. The texture of the chair is soft, I believe it's a very sturdy plastic with a wood look finish.
