I really want to give 5 stars for quality look and feel of fabric, legs, design and ease of assembly. Received bench which 1 side support and end major flaws - filled and covered up a miss-drilled hole in 1 end piece and a splice one side rail. Would never have purchased without a serous discount if at all. I have neither time or patience to undo partial assembly and rebox to return. Seem to be other comments after reading many more of them. Not a one off issue, buyer beware. Also has protective slides on the legs in white, on dark wood. Stands out and need to be switched to brown or remove.. Linda. Wesley Chapel, FL. Fri Aug 28 2026

I love my ottoman! Color is perfect (gray), and looks as shown. The only thing I did was remove the legs to make it a little shorter, as my sofa is also on the shorter side, so I can put my feet up. The upholstery is very soft, but (so far) durable.. Nancy. Torrington, CT. Wed Jul 08 2026

This ottoman is the perfect addition to any other piece in your home. The classic clean lines make it easy to pair with other furniture and tie together any living space!

I purchased my ottoman to go with my previously purchased sectional. It looks great . No complaints… the craftsmanship, everything about it is wonderful. My only gripe is with FedEx. The ottoman was shipped to me and the box was completely destroyed, and the inner wrap had been torn away and it looks like FedEx may have re-taped it haphazardly with some package tape. I don’t know how it got to me with just a small black smudge. I was thankful. Loving it now.. Joyce. Lufkin, TX. Fri May 22 2026

For what is essentially a simple box, this was surprisingly (unnecessarily) difficult to assemble. But I got there in the end — though I'll likely never attach the piston-y things — and it works fine. 4/5 overall. M.e.. New Castle, DE. Wed May 06 2026

Crafted from a blend of solid and manufactured wood, this piece is found atop four splayed legs and features a solid finish on its polyester blend upholstery. Best of all, the hinged lid seat is open to reveal storage space inside for keeping clutter to a minimum.

I loved this storage bench! The teal is very pretty, the thing’s well made, hinges are of great quality, and it arrived very well packaged. The only reason (well, 2 reasons) why it does not get 5 stars is because it’s so light, it moves too easily around wood floors, so I always have to be putting it in place over and over again, cuz it moves about easily from just having my little kid or dog slightly brush against it... then again, some people might like how light it is. Secondly, that the upholstry (fabric) on the top cushion (lead) is not on taut, but a bit loose. Overall, it’s VERY nice and I do not regret buying it at all — quite happy with it!. Cali. San Antonio, TX. Mon Apr 06 2026
