I really want to give 5 stars for quality look and feel of fabric, legs, design and ease of assembly. Received bench which 1 side support and end major flaws - filled and covered up a miss-drilled hole in 1 end piece and a splice one side rail. Would never have purchased without a serous discount if at all. I have neither time or patience to undo partial assembly and rebox to return. Seem to be other comments after reading many more of them. Not a one off issue, buyer beware. Also has protective slides on the legs in white, on dark wood. This beautiful off-white ottoman is a neutral, solid piece with a tufted lid that can be switched around for a wood top to set magazines or drinks on. Storage space is generous. The wood top looks nice but the lid is pretty heavy to be switching it around constantly. I'm not sure if the wood top was supposed to be attached to the lid but it was loose and the wood top doesn't sit as securely into the lid as it could. I will probably just store seasonal items in it.. Deanna. Evansville, IN. Sun Sep 13 2026

This Ottoman is more than just a stylish accent piece. Wrapped in smooth, easy to clean , it blends seamlessly with a variety of home décor styles while providing everyday practicality. The generously cushioned seat offers comfort when used as a footrest or an extra seat, and its hidden storage compartment helps you keep your living space neat and organized. Whether placed in the living room, bedroom, or entryway, it brings both elegance and versatility to your home.

This is a very nice-looking ottoman with great storage, but I do have a few reservations about its long-term durability in a busy household. Pros Functionality True to Size It measured exactly as expected, though visually it feels quite large and substantial next to my couch. Clever Storage The way it opens is a really cool design feature, and the extra storage space is incredibly useful. Easy to Smooth Out While most items left on top will leave a slight mark or indentation in the faux leather, the material is forgiving enough that you can easily rub your hand over it to make the marks disappear. Concerns Around Durability Because it is pleather, I have to be careful not to keep anything sharp or angular near it. My main worry is how it will hold up against my dog and kids over time. Just the other day, my 14-year-old son leaned on it awkwardly, and I was genuinely nervous that the hinges—which are located in the middle—might snap or break. Final Verdict Overall, it’s a beautiful piece of furniture, but I probably wouldnt purchase it again. If you have a busy home with pets and teenagers, you might find yourself worrying a bit too much about its longevity.. Sara. OH. Wed Jul 01 2026
