I really want to give 5 stars for quality look and feel of fabric, legs, design and ease of assembly. Received bench which 1 side support and end major flaws - filled and covered up a miss-drilled hole in 1 end piece and a splice one side rail. Would never have purchased without a serous discount if at all. I have neither time or patience to undo partial assembly and rebox to return. Seem to be other comments after reading many more of them. Not a one off issue, buyer beware. Also has protective slides on the legs in white, on dark wood. Stands out and need to be switched to brown or remove.. Linda. Wesley Chapel, FL. Fri Aug 28 2026

It’s versatility allows you to kick up your feet, or you can use it as a design element by adding a tray and a few accessories. It also serves as additional seating when you entertain due to its plush cushioned top.

I received this ottoman and was to receive “white glove delivery”. I paid for this and the ottoman was left in the driveway in front of the garage door. The chair is due to deliver in a few weeks and I will be very disappointed if I am left to move that in my house. This is unacceptable and after already receiving terrible service on the first chair I ordered I am surprised this type of service happened yet again. The first chair was to have arrived in September and after the delivery date had come and gone I received a refund to my pay pal account with no explanation. The chair was out of stock and I was never informed. I had ordered 7 weeks prior and was expecting it. I have little confidence that the matching chair will arrive at all let alone in time for Thanksgiving Roberta Lux. Roberta. OH. Sun Nov 12 2023

Where rustic farmhouse character meets European-inspired simplicity, this ottoman brings a cozy yet elevated feel to any room - living rooms, bedrooms, or even large hallways. You'll be cozying up within 15 short minutes. This piece has fewer parts, so all you need to do is just screw on the legs! Crafted in a breathable linen-blend fabric, the oversized cushion top is finished with tailored French seams for that perfect mix of softness and structure. And speaking of structure, make sure to utilize the wood shelf for storage or decor. With a durable wood frame made for real life, this ottoman is equal parts function, style, and comfort.
