I really want to give 5 stars for quality look and feel of fabric, legs, design and ease of assembly. Received bench which 1 side support and end major flaws - filled and covered up a miss-drilled hole in 1 end piece and a splice one side rail. Would never have purchased without a serous discount if at all. I have neither time or patience to undo partial assembly and rebox to return. Seem to be other comments after reading many more of them. Not a one off issue, buyer beware. Also has protective slides on the legs in white, on dark wood. Stands out and need to be switched to brown or remove.. Linda. Wesley Chapel, FL. Fri Aug 28 2026

I couldn’t be happier with this floral patterned storage ottoman! The quality exceeded my expectations, and the fabric is beautiful with colors that perfectly complement the chair I also purchased from Wayfair. It ties the whole space together while adding a charming touch to the room. The hidden storage is a great bonus—for keeping throws, and any other small items neatly tucked away. It’s both stylish and functional, and I’ve received so many compliments on the set. Highly recommend!. Cari. Tarrytown, NY. Tue Jul 14 2026

For what is essentially a simple box, this was surprisingly (unnecessarily) difficult to assemble. But I got there in the end — though I'll likely never attach the piston-y things — and it works fine. 4/5 overall. M.e.. New Castle, DE. Wed May 06 2026

This ottoman is the perfect addition to any other piece in your home. The classic clean lines make it easy to pair with other furniture and tie together any living space!

I purchased my ottoman to go with my previously purchased sectional. It looks great . No complaints… the craftsmanship, everything about it is wonderful. My only gripe is with FedEx. The ottoman was shipped to me and the box was completely destroyed, and the inner wrap had been torn away and it looks like FedEx may have re-taped it haphazardly with some package tape. I don’t know how it got to me with just a small black smudge. I was thankful. Loving it now.. Joyce. Lufkin, TX. Fri May 22 2026

Nice piece of furniture and better quality than other ones that I have tried. However it is more white with gray specks. The white does not work in my room that is all cream. Suzanne. Bethany Beach, DE. Fri May 08 2026

Great quality! Super sturdy and the fabric is nice. Seems like it will last for years. It looks better than our sofa! The photo doesn’t show it, but the cream color is a true cream. It looks a little purpley-blue in the photo, but it’s not.. Carol. Chino Hills, CA. Mon Sep 07 2026
