The item arrived with all four lightbulb bases broken, and we had to super glue them in place. Also, several holes were missing in the aluminum to hang the crystals, and we had to drill new holes. We got this one in the chrome finish. It was installed by our electrician and it looks marvelous! We ended up getting different bulbs for the fixture so that I could be dimmable and a bit brighter. The 'corn led light bulbs' were well worth it, the light is gorgeous, using a light switch dimmer it can change the mood of foyer in an instant. An amazing light! I really like it, and it significantly enhances the dining room. The final look is beautiful and absolutely worth it. That said, there are a few important things to be aware of before purchasing: • Installation time: It took me about 4 hours to install on my own. The process involves wiring and assembling multiple individual chandelier pieces that come separately in the box. • Mounting difficulty: It is extremely difficult to align and secure the four screws when attaching the fixture to the mounting bracket. • Mounting bracket issue: My mounting bracket was not straight, and I had to contact Wayfair to receive replacement parts. • Bulbs not included: The light bulbs are not included, so make sure to pre-order dimmable E12 candelabra bulbs along with a dimmable switch. • Weight consideration: This fixture is quite heavy. Even if you have drywall, you must use proper heavy-duty drywall anchors or fasteners; otherwise, the fixture may not be securely supported.
