It looks just like the pictures, it's structurally sound, and the liner holds up pretty well. I've washed it and put it back on once already with no problems. It comes already set up too instead of folded up in any way. This is a great hamper. The material is very soft! Its not scratchy like most wicker furniture and its held up pretty good over the years. I have had to reweave a few spots from my cats clawing at it but its still sturdy, large and has very strong fabric for the dividers.
