I have had this recliner for two months. This recliner is perfect. I needed a small recliner for my husband as he goes through cancer treatment. My husband is 6 feet and 180 pounds and this recliner fits him. He states it is comfortable. If you are a “bigger” person or taller than 6 feet, this recliner is NOT for you. The back of the recliner is not as tall as other recliners that are on the market and consequently, resting your head on the back of the chair can be a little difficult. My husband is using a small pillow. The recliner came in two pieces in a very large box. It was packed very tightly and secured in the box and in order to get the chair out of the box, I had to completely tear the box apart. If you get this recliner and do not like it and want to return it, you will need to buy a new box in order to put the recliner in it to ship it back. The recliner itself comes in 2 sections and was very easy to put together. There were roughly 3 to 4 very very minuscule imperfections that a person can only see upon close inspection. You can’t even see these imperfections when you are in the process of sitting down in the chair. For the price of the chair, it is a good chair. I would recommend. .. Kelly. Woodbury, MN. The LOVESEAT looks great in our RV! Very disappointed in the instructions. We are not the handiest, but the instructions need a good review to see that the order of events are correct. The picture of parts needs a magnifying glass. We succeeded, but not without delays! It was quite amazing to see how it all fit into the boxes and expanded! This review will consist of two parts. What I think of the recliner so far is it is what I expected, comfortable and it survived shipping arriving in good shape. All the moving parts are OK and the remote is working properly. Now for the full service delivery: The photo supplied is where the driver dropped off the chair, on its side I might add. I set it up right to remove it from shipping container. 1. Room placement Nope, dropped on front step box wouldn't fit through door. 2. Appointment scheduling Late on four hour window and no phone call 1 hour prior that was stated. 3. Assembly and Set-up Not a chance. No delivery team, only one driver who wanted me to sign paper before I could check for damage and he took off as soon as he could after dropping off chair. 4. Debris removal No because he didn't set up so I have to get rid of all the cardboard. 5. And finally the $99 dollar option (I received it free) I got absolutely no value. I ordered from Wayfair because of this service as I am 77 years old and have trouble putting things together now and lifting heavy items. My suggestion to Wayfair is make sure when you give the item to a third party is make sure they will supply the service that was paid for.
